  • Principal + Co-Founder

    Molli has been in the industry for over a decade, and being a Pisces, creativity and design is in her blood. Her favorite hobby is sourcing one-of-a-kind finds at local antique stores and Facebook Marketplace. She’s been known to make impromptu stops at estate sales while on vacation, never letting a good find slip by. In addition to design, her passions include traveling and experiencing new cuisines and cultures. If you happen to run into Molli, there’s a good chance she’ll tell you about her latest read, or podcast she’s listening to. And let’s not forget the photos she takes of her cute nephew.


  • Senior Designer

    Natalie has over 10 years in the interior design world, a path she found after majoring in English Lit and traveling the world teaching English in Chile and Japan. Design is one of her many passions! She also loves reading, cooking, trivia, and spending time with family. She still loves to travel, and when she’s not planning her next trip, you’ll find her planning her next karaoke night or happy hour. Sometimes called the “Social Director”, she loves to get people together for a good time.


  • Director of Business Development

    Cassidy’s motivation lies within the challenge. After 25 years in the Fashion Industry, she leveraged her extensive knowledge of sales, buying, merchandising, and creative experience and dove into the furniture business. She loves spending time with her family, road trips to Mammoth Lakes, binge watching her favorite tv shows and is a devoted baseball fan. Go Dodgers! 


  • Design Assistant

    Lenz has spent over 6 years honing her skills as Visual Merchandiser for Just Like The Model, which has given her the amazing ability to design on the fly.  She thrives during our fast-paced installs and loves 3 story homes!  Every year she enjoys traveling back to The Dominican Republic to relax and catch up with family and friends. If she is not in the office, you will most likely find her working out, shopping, cooking, or spending time at her church.


  • CFO + Co-Founder

    Paul is a former jazz musician, competitive martial artist, mountain bike racer, and software engineer; now he enjoys building businesses as his challenge and passion.  

    Design may not be a strength of his, but when it comes to operational logistics, marketing, and strategy: he’s tough to beat.
