Molli climbed the ranks in the design industry, but knew she wanted to make a bigger impact. Paul purchased and rebranded Just Like The Model, created JLTM Storage, and knew that designing for model homes was the next logical step.

One long lunch, a heaping tablespoon of coincidence and serendipity, and JLTM Designs was born. Two people with different skill sets, but the same vision: to simplify yet amplify the entire process of furniture design, storage, removal and sales, with the simple goal of making the homebuilders’ life easier.
